Back in 2016, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers agreed to study ecosystem restoration with goals of improving water quality and water circulation. After the study was initiated, it seems that the Army Corps discovered those are difficult goals. What was delivered in their Draft Report released in November 2019 is not ecosystem restoration, but ecosystem enhancement without any water quality or water circulation improvements
Take a few minutes and send a message to the Army Corps telling them to follow their own guidelines and attempt to satisfy their originally stated goals and objectives for the study.
