Surfrider Foundation sent a letter to the Port of Long Beach on February 6th regarding the Notice of Preparation of a Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Port of Long Beach Pier Wind Terminal Development Project.
Surfrider submitted the comments on behalf of the eNGO Offshore Wind Network coalition members (which includes Surfrider) and the more than 350,000 Surfrider supporters and members nationwide.
